Fix a link, page or connection
Work through publishing, DNS, media, sign-in and checkout problems.

A page is missing or outdated
Check the exact domain/path, link type, enabled state, password and expiry. Confirm that the page was published rather than only saved as a draft. Check block/tab visibility and schedule. Open the public address while signed out and reload it.
A domain is not ready
Compare the domain’s DNS records with the current dashboard instructions, including the exact ownership token. Confirm you are editing its authoritative DNS provider. Allow caches to update and wait for both ownership and HTTPS readiness. Do not remove email records or change unrelated domains.
Media or connected content fails
Check the supported URL, provider’s own availability and connection authorization. Reconnect expired accounts and review field/source mappings. Old cached content can remain visible after a provider error. For missing images, check library ownership and published references.
Sign-in, saves or payment is blocked
Verify email and use fresh recovery links. A conflicting save requires reloading the latest draft and reconciling changes. Check plan limits and domain permissions. In checkout, confirm sandbox/real status and inspect an existing payment before retrying an uncertain result. Contact the operator with the affected public URL, time and displayed error; omit passwords, tokens and payment codes.
