Build and test a form

Add a Form block, name its fields, choose supported field types and mark required answers. Set a useful success message and explain the information you collect. Save and publish the page. Test with fictional details; form previews do not replace testing the published page.

Review responses

Use the form response inbox in the page tools to inspect submissions, search or filter, export supported response data and delete responses you no longer need. Your account’s permissions apply. Avoid collecting passwords, card data or information you cannot responsibly retain.

Connect a destination

Configure a supported webhook or an available Mailchimp/Kit connection, then select its resource and map the fields. Provider availability depends on instance configuration and provider authorization. Newsletter subscriptions require the visitor’s explicit opt-in; a general form submission alone does not authorize subscription.

Check delivery status

A saved response and an external delivery are separate outcomes. Review queued, sent, confirmation-required, failed or skipped/no-consent status. An accepted provider request does not prove a confirmed subscription. Transient deliveries retry; a receiver must deduplicate repeated events. Disconnecting a destination cannot recall a request already sent.
