Scheduling, reusable blocks and history

Reuse content, schedule visibility and restore page drafts safely.

Schedule visibility

Set start/end dates, time zone and optional weekly hours in block settings. Preview shows scheduled content for editing; public rendering and actions enforce the schedule. A visitor must load or reload the page to see newly active content. Check the chosen time zone, especially around daylight-saving changes.

Reuse blocks across pages

Save your draft, then save a block to your library. An account can keep up to 100 reusable blocks. Insert one into another owned page. Each instance keeps its own visibility and schedule; tab containers cannot be shared.

Choose where edits apply

Update everywhere is a separate confirmation and can change existing publications across your pages. It does not publish a draft-only insertion. Detach a block to make an independent copy before local editing. If another save changed a revision, reload and reconcile your work instead of overwriting it.

Restore a previous version

History keeps the latest 50 snapshots per page. Restoring changes only the draft; review and publish separately. Restored shared content becomes independent. Clearing older history is permanent, leaves the current draft/publication intact and may release image references. Export important content before clearing it.
