Manage your image library
Upload, reuse, replace, organize and remove images.

Upload and reuse
Open Image library or the image picker in the page editor. Upload a still JPEG, PNG or WebP. The current upload limit is 20 MiB and 64 million pixels per image. Images are validated, metadata removed and optimized into WebP; the original upload is not retained. Reuse an existing image for avatars, backgrounds, galleries, product cards, social images and QR logos.
Check your allowance
The library shows your current image and storage allowance. Standard hosted defaults are 100 active images/100 MiB on Free and 2,000 active images/1 GiB on Pro; operator settings can change these. Stored versions and recoverable Trash use storage. Pro expiry preserves existing images.
Understand where an image is used
Search, rename and inspect usage before replacing or removing an image. Drafts, publications, retained history and reusable blocks can keep a reference alive. Public image access depends on an eligible published reference and its page access controls.
Trash and permanent deletion
Move unused images to Trash, restore them when needed, or explicitly delete permanently. Trash is not automatically purged. An image still referenced by a page, history or library block cannot be removed; remove those references deliberately first.
