Menus, products and test orders

Publish a menu or product shelf and understand simulation checkout.

Publish your catalog

Add menu items or product cards with clear names, descriptions, prices and images. Product shelves can use manual content or a supported connected catalog. External product buttons take visitors to the merchant’s own destination and checkout.

Keep test checkout explicit

The built-in store/order flow currently runs in simulation mode. It is opt-in and visibly marked as a test. No real order, card charge, Pix payment or shipment is created. This is separate from Pro subscription checkout and a page’s static Pix tip jar.

Follow a simulated order

Choose available items and options, review totals, supply fictional pickup details and confirm the test. Keep the private test receipt private. A simulated approval can advance an eligible order; the exact store owner reviews it in Store orders and moves it through the available preparation/pickup states.

Respect privacy and availability

Test order details expire with their receipt access and are removed by retention. The current retention is up to seven days. Use fictional names and contact details. An inactive store, expired receipt, unavailable item or pickup window can block a test order.
